Plan for the Central Delaware: Transforming Philadelphia's Waterfront

The Delaware River Waterfront Corporation is developing a master plan for the Central Delaware River waterfront in Philadelphia. This plan covers seven miles of waterfront between Interstate 95 and the Delaware River and between Allegheny Avenue at the north and Oregon Avenue to the south. The plan will be completed in January of 2011 and will make recommendationson land use, transportation, zoning, and development.
